NEW RINGS
Lighter in weight and other features

Our products are manufactured in America with old-fashioned attention to quality and detail. You will not find a better product. Military sniper, police tactical, hunters and precision long-range shooters come to us for products with exactness. Our mounts and rings have been used to achieve accuracy in excess of 2000 yards.

Note: the white on the rings is for display only
Farrell Rings are precision CNC machined from a single piece of solid steel or aluminum. They are a Weaver-type system that will mate with any Mil Spec Picatinny Mount. When used with the Farrell Scope Mount they are assured to have a center line with less than .005 inches deviation.

The rings are made in either aluminum or steel. The aluminum is in either black or clear finish. They are made in either the standard or high height in both the 1” and 30MM.. Our standard height rings, together with our mount, will accommodate a scope with a 56mm objective lens.

The new design of Farrell rings are grooved on the inside of the diameter to reduce weight, but more important it is to make lapping, if necessary, much easier. In most cases it is not necessary to lap when using Farrell Rings when the mount has been bedded in properly. Also the scope will set in the radius much better. The slot in the cap again is for weight reduction and better clamping.

The Farrell clamp to the rail, we think is second to none. Why? The clamp screw is very low – directly across the 45 degree angles. This enables the torque to be applied in such a way to prevent stressing and moving the center line of the ring.

The clamp is designed to pivot on all surfaces to assure proper contact on the rail, the ring and the screw. This is accomplished by using a radius on all points of contact. Even the seat for the clamping screw has a radius to prevent lock-up of screw to clamp, which would prevent proper torque across the ring to the rail. Looking at the line drawing will show this feature. This is very important, especially when different rails might have different dimensions across the 45 degree angles that all rings mount on (pica tinny or weaver style).

  • Farrell rings are perfectly matched
  • If 50 in/lbs of torque is used on our mounting screws that is what you get.
  • There are four screw caps.
  • A MATCHED SET -The top of the line Farrell Mount and Rings features a matched set with one half the standard factory tolerance and matching serial numbers. The matched set is available by special order only.
