Return / Refund Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Return to factory for refund or replacement.
Simply return the item to our company address with a note explaining the problem.
Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you a replacement product, or credit your credit card depending on your wishes. (We may also credit you by check if that was your original method of payment)
Delivery & Shipping
Shipping within the United States via USPS Priority Mail will be charged according to zip code plus $2.00 handling. Out of the country shipping as well as any other shipping method will be charged accordingly.
